Default Got a server. Don't know what to do with it.

I was given this HP ProLiant ML350 G5 server. Specs are:

Dual socket (771) mobo, only 1 cpu installed
Quad core Intel Xeon 2.0ghz 2x 4mb L2 cache
3gb RAM (maybe less, some is probably redundant)
2x 72gb 15k SAS drives
6x hot swap SAS bays
A goddamn tape drive

probably other nifty things I haven't discovered yet, but I'm new to *real* servers.

So.... I don't know what to do with this beast. I'd like to do something that generates income, at least enough to cover it's power consumption. Anyone want to rent a game server? :p

I have the same problem my friend. Mine is IBM System x3650.

I mined litecoins with it's dual Xeons when it was profitable. Now it's just sitting under my desk useless. :/

EDIT: It tastes bad I don't want to eat it

Set up apache2 with vhosts and serve a few sites or install bind9 and rent out as a secondary DNS perhaps?

A tape drive... wow.

Install some VMs and set up a whole network to practice new things with?

Find another processor and use it as a rendering box.
