The way you talked about that feeling of something being wrong on Earth sounds like what I felt after finishing Assassin's Creed II (I immersed myself in the story). Once I beat it, I felt like something was wrong, something I couldn't stop but knew I needed to fight. But there was nothing.

Now it's been replaced with a fear of environmental destruction, which is very real.
