Kaltxì once again,
![]() Meet up videos must be like buses; nothing for a while and then three turn up all at once! Well here is the last day of AvatarMeet 2012. Enjoy: AvatarMeet 2012 - Day 4 Video: And so, all too soon, the final day of the meet up had arrived. In the morning the opportunity was taken to explore Seattle one last time before returning to the EMP museum for the Na'vi lesson that was given by Karyu Pawl, Dr Paul Frommer. This was an audience participation event with additional help provided by Prrton, Txonä Rolyu sì 'Oma Tirea. Of course this all worked up an appetite and so to round off AvatarMeet 2012 there was the Clan Meal, complete with speeches and photo call. All available in HD of course. WARNING: Towards the end of this video you may experience leaky eye syndrome, especially if you attended the meet up. Do not be alarmed! This is normal.... So if that little lot of videos has fired you up for AvatarMeet 2013 then the journey for the next meet up starts here. If you are interested in signing up for the meet up newlstter then visit AvatarMeet.com Irayo from the whole planning team to everyone who attended and helped make the meet up such a success. One of the things I most distinctly remember about the meetup is Rainbowhawk1993's moving speech before he left. I'm glad I could watch it here again. Thanks, Alan!

Irayo ma tsmukan. I'm glad we have been able to share the meet up with everyone who was not able to go.
Yeah, Rainbowhawk's sentiment covers everyone's I think. I must drop him a PM to let him know it is up there. Alan |

Innumerable irayos for posting all of this, Alan! Leaky eye syndrome indeed! I can't believe it was only five months ago -- seems ages! I'm not getting my infusions of Avatar as often as I need them these days.
![]() It's especially great to see shots from some of the stuff I didn't make it to, such as the cosplay. *sigh* Here's hoping I can figure out a way to make it out to DC or to wherever AvatarMeet 2013 finally lands. It will be at least three months before my summer plans start to materialize. |

Irayo to Alan & DJ Makto for all these awesome videos!
I esp liked, at the end of this last video, hearing the words of Jon Landau repeated, how the meetups should grow every year and we're the foundation of the Avatar fandom.

Irayo ma tsmuke for your kind comments. They are much appreciated. I can't take all the credit though as DJ Makto also did a fair amount of the editing too. It was team effort really.
Yeah, you're right, that was a really nice way how Jon rounded off his talk to us. I'm glad we did these videos so we could share them with the rest of the fan community. ![]() Alan |
