excellent, where would be the best place to watch for further info regarding the hotel arrangements?

I liked the Smoky Mountains idea, if all this had happened sooner I'd have voted that way, but it would have meant HNM and I couldn't have attended the premeet, so there's that.

Alright then.

It should be fine either way, I was just trying to see if I could find a camping site at Smoky Mts. that could afford us a bit more seclusion.

From the information I did find, there are a couple of more secluded spots there, but they're "way up in the mountains" (heh), and we would have to drive somewhat further to get to stores, etc. if we needed anything.

Another question I had was whether or not many people had updated their profiles on AvatarMeet.com to show that they would be attending or not.

As for myself, a hefty tax return means that it is much more likely that I will be attending, but I'm not going to comment much on it for another month, just in case.

AvatarMeet.com of course will have the information posted as soon as we have it finalized. We'll also be sending out a newsletter update and posting on the forums at the same time. And of course @AvatarMeet on twitter.

Sounds good... things have been a bit quiet on the info side so far, including actual events.

Still looking forward to it though
