We've got a pretty comprehensive list of what you'll need for the camping here: AvatarMeet.com

We're providing food (at about $10/person/day), but you'll need to bring your own plate/bowl/cup/spork/etc.. that you'd like.

We should have a newsletter out with those final details in the next 24 hours or so.
