There's a site called The Noble Collection that used to carry them, along with several other awesome pieces, but I just went there and they don't have any Avatar items! I was hoping to direct you there, but no go.

That site you listed looks identical to the Noble Collection. Perhaps ebay would be the place to look. Sorry I couldn't be of any more help.
