True, but I specifically remember JC mentioning in an interview (as far as Quaritch is concerned) with DNA you can do anything and since it's a sci-fi movie, anything can happen. Might not be verbatim but that was the gist of it.
As far as I'm concerned, Grace coming back as the voice of Eywa makes a lot more sense than Quaritch coming back from the dead as a clone (as far as things in the Avatar universe go).
