Twice in theatres (both in 2010, the second time when the extended version came out) once randomly with friends on a laptop, once with friends on the special edition BR (which is longer than the extended edition), twice at meetups.

The 2nd and 6th of those were definitely in 3D, I can't remember if the first time was.

Countless times - standard version - 2011, on laptop
Even more countless times - Collector's Edition 2012 - to date, on laptop
Altogether, well over 100 - but, sadly always on laptop

i've lost track how many times i've seen it. all three versions. and the deleted scenes.

(never in a cinema, always at home, sadly)

and not just because it is/was my go-to film to test modifications to my h-t setup.
btw, i'm not sure what other movie can exercise an htpc and speaker placement as well as avatar.

I've lost track so long ago, I'm not sure I was ever keeping track. The best I can do is say I've seen it 4 times in theaters since the start of 2011.

Eight times in IMAX 3D, all for free because of my broken foot and later disability fraud, yeah yeah, terrible person

Probably around 10 between the DVD, bluray, and an .mp4

So something like 18?

Let's see... five times as it was originally aired on the cinema, then a gap of several years until I did see it again at AvatarMeet 2012. After that I saw it once more at AvatarMeet 2014, so,that'd make seven times in total.

It may be very long until I watch it again, but hey, you never know

Oh wow... hmm I would say 6 times in theatres, 2 times on my laptop, and probably 16 times on DVD and another 20 on collector's edition.

I'm actually going to go watch it right now

I've seen it twice in the theater with friends. I also bought the Blue ray dvd when it came out. I think The 3D version really adds so much dimension and interest to the movie.

Well, I have 13 ticket stubs.. and I probably lost a few. There's also the 1 IMAX ticket I threw away. I think I've seen Avatar more than 15 times on Blu-ray... So, in total I'd wager about 30.
