I'm a long-time fan of the anime(sque) series and am looking forward to the live-action adaptation of the first season. The original teaser trailer was disappointing but I like the full version a lot.

It comes out about a month after Iron Man 2, though pretty close to Eclipse (Twilight).

I saw the trailer last night before I watched "how to tame your dragon." It was the only thing that looked like it would be worth seeing out of a series of very tiresome trailers.

The show itself was meh, it was ok but didn't really do it for me. I only ever liked on anime ever anyways.

What amuses me is that the movie was originally showcased as being called Avatar: The Last Airbender, just like the show.

After our Avatar, it was shortened to The Last Airbender >.>

When Avatar came out, it completely wiped out that.. pathetic.. New Moon

Now, with this *other* Avatar (The Last Airbender), its again competing with Eclipse
