Probably some kind of internship under an existing tsahik, I'd guess of the same clan unless something happened to her, in which case they might have to learn from another; probably also l earning from random older Na'vi with experience.

I will put more details up on this later, but the clans spiritual leader would frequently be the daughter of the clans Tsahik, she would from an early age follow her parent(s) ways and traditions learning throughout her life to take the place of the clans mother.
