Default What to do about this female co-worker

There's a woman (25 yrs old) who joined my work about six months ago. She's a former model who had to stop because she got pregnant. Every guy in the store was drooling over her.....until her personality and attitude showed their ugly faces. She is one of the meanest woman I ever met. When something does not go her way, or if something falls off her cart, she flips out and starts throwing stuff. We use big wooden pallets to ship product and she once threw it a couple feet, almost hitting a co-worker. We also have this other man (24 yrs old), who has a mild case of Cerebral Palsy. He's a very nice guy but extremely slow at working mainly due to his condition. This woman has ZERO patience with him and insults him all the time for working slow. She has back-stabbed him numerous times, even on facebook. Today she was forced to clean up a mess (that she made, but HE was cleaning up for her) and she flipped out about it and kicked some objects that ended up hitting him. He was pretty shook up about it because he's not a violent person. Management saw the whole incident.

This has been going on for months now and nothing is being done about her attitude. I want to approach her and talk some sense into her but I'm not sure if I should get involved. I kinda am since I work with her a couple times a week and he is my good friend as well so I want to stand up for him.

What would you do in this situation?

If there are security cameras, make sure to document what happened if possible and then fire her with cause.
