Perfect, except that -ru is for the dative and nga is the subject.

Oel fpėl futa po tėkangkem seri nėtxan.

Irayo ma tsmukan, sadly im not accustomed to terms like dative, so im still not sure what that means how do i differ from "you become strong warrior" and "strong warrior becomes you" since sentence order is flexible in Na'vi?
