Kaltxì ma frapo,
![]() We have had some more correspondence from Cirque du Soleil following the feedback we gave them on what us fans are hoping for in TORUK - The First Flight. Here is what they write: "...we are thrilled to be engaging with you and the other Avatar fans about TORUK – The First Flight and appreciate all of the great feedback you have sent! We noticed that one of the topics of most interest was the music and how the Na’vi language would be incorporated. That said, we wanted to share with you first this video that touches on both those elements." Here it is: [ That's great that they speaking Na'vi correctly. I wonder who might have helped? :nwink: I think we had better brush up on our Na'vi! Alan Last edited by Alan; 10-20-2015 at 08:48 PM. |

Thank you for sharing the critical core role a shaman (medicine woman) plays in weaving together the roots of the Na'vi community "structure" and binding "the people" together can not be underestimated , given the time frame that Toruk first flight takes place in , and the conflicts between the Na'vi clans,, a medicine woman and her reflection through her living ceremony (dance and music)as well as the Journeys of the young Na'vi who are on the path to become the first Toruk Makto , the study of the films source reflections her role as "clan mother" will probably be form a vital source of insight in her part and place in the clans living community as well the role of "transformation" and reconciliation
taking al look at the work and role of traditional healers play in ancestral reconciliation work in past history like the story of the haudenosaunee and the great peacemaker ,, as well as work being done "today" might provide some source insight , above all try and "be authentic" to the "essence source" of these symbolic deep roots as one can the power of a shared dream also plays a vial role I feel here. No problem ma Allroock
It's interesting that Moat was the voice os reason and saw beyond an initial reaction that we got from others like Tsu'tey. I kinda like that. Reminds you to stop and think before going off on one when something isn't going quite as expected.Alan |
