AvatarMeet 2016: What to do next?

The AvatarMeet planning team has spent the past few days discussing and digesting the options available for the meet up. We know many of you invested a lot of your own time and money into your travel plans, with some of you cancelling already.

However, move forward we must, and to this end we have pulled together a survey that we would like you to fill in. This will only take a couple of minutes to do and will allow the planning team to gauge people's thoughts and the direction we go. After all, this is your meet up and so we need to know what you would like to do.

The survey asks the following: your original intentions for attending AvatarMeet 2016, your preferences for this year's meet up and if AvatarMeet were to be moved to an alternative location, what your preference would be. In addition, there is a box for you to add any comments you might have.

It would be much appreciated if you could respond to the survey by the end of Saturday, April 23nd. This will allow the planning team to understand next steps to take with regard to AvatarMeet 2016.
