I dont know why I'm here again

But I just wanted to stop by and see whos still here. Look through and reminisce on some nostalgia from who I was what felt like an eternity ago. I miss what was honestly. Even though I've been through some cringy phases and **** I'd rather not remember, my avatar and stuff isnt even me anymore really but i'll leave it here anyways, I still kinda wish I could go through it again. I'm rambling and honestly alcohol is playing a bit of a part here, but I like to spend time reminiscing on old times, old friends, and experiences who helped me get through some stuff. I think about a lot of you quite often and hope everything is going well for you guys and girls. And to new faces I havent seen or met yet I welcome you even if youve been here for a while. I'll just look around for a bit and see what ive missed.

Honestly I think a lot of the reason I'm here is I miss people Ive known quite well from ToS and Avatar Forums. I remember when the whole forum transition ordeal was going on. Jesus seems like forever ago. I have an Avatar folder Ive kept full of old convos that bring back great memories, basically everything that made me feel what ive felt through that time from 09 and such that I'm honestly scared to crack open because of everything it'll bring back. That may sound stupid to some but this place and lots of people here helped me get through a lot of stuff. And if youre still here reading that I thank you for helping me.

Anyways I think I'll stop the ramble now. I dont know how to end this. And once again I'm not really 100% sure why I'm here. I hope everyone is still doing well <3

Totally get where you're coming from, about being afraid to revisit old conversations and correspondence. Not stupid at all. I've felt it myself, if not always regarding people on ToS then regarding other friends in general.

I know how it is. I've come and gone several times myself. Three over year-long "breaks" from the community (4 family deaths since 2008) and I only check here lately on occasion to see if anything new pops up. I've mostly been on irc especially lately. I also used to have a collection of old stuff from back in the day, but it was all deleted YEARS ago.

I've met some good people here (and on irc, but none in-person) as well as some people I'd rather not remember and that is the only reason I'm still somewhat around. Even irc has been incredibly dead. Maybe you should stop by irc sometimes and give it some life, its dead in there but lots of idlers.
