I invite you to visit Oh my Disney's website to find the latest images of what the Avatar World looks like. It will open in 2017 in the Animal Kingdom park of Walt Disney World. Start saving up! (March-April are good times)

This section of the park will have the attraction, plus a restaurant, a souvenir shop and a snack bar.

Commercial as hell but that's to be expected. I like the aesthetic but those images are at so low resolution its hard to make out details.

Once again There's the real struggle with the Alpha Centauri Expeditions tour Pandora "angle"
The Eco-tourist and the"invitation" of people from earth to visit Pandora ,,,
from a core "believability" aspect it just does not fly ,,
The second I see this it says to my spirit "the Disney marketing exec's
are "speaking here" how can we market and profit from this Avatar "experience" this feels very shallow minded creative wise ,, as core Avatar fans will "See right through you"... you are "not" being "authentic" to the films message ..
taking into account that the Avatar universe does not have faster then light starships It would take as long as Jakes trip for them to arrive on Pandora engage in a "tour through a forest of creatures (and some Pandorian plants) that would find the "ignorant children" (non native humans) easy afternoon snacks
then after this tour take years on the ship to return home back to earth ,,
it naturally also feels very "Commercially Exploitive" and clashes with "values" of the Na'vi people themselves ,,
(Not to mention has the possibility of introducing diseases to a world where we are the aliens, we know the huge cost North Americas Native people alone payed when Europeans arrived here and brought very unwelcome guests)
And I have Voiced this on a number of Disney's websites

I do really like the symbolism of the "Bridge" and will deeply recognize the creative thoughts that went into that root idea ,, Avatar from a shamanistic perspective is about the sharing (In this case a symbolic mirror story example) of cultural world view persptives "seeing from an alternate reality perspective" and a bridge and bridge "building" hold very powerful symbolism to use,, even though its a very simple bridge in the Disney park ...I am willing to Bet you will see the female shaman "replaced" with "lanterns" (the "lamps" are diffrent but "light" is the same) poem by Rumi comes to mind to avoid conflicts with religious groups , but only time will tell ..
