Technically a Na'vi child ,, no one could produce them to "sell as a product" without running into IP copyright issues with the film studio , probably modeled after the realistic dolls that are used in some programs that teach young mothers the challenges and demands of child care responsibly.. those have a module that simulates the demand for care,, even at 3 am in the morning..
