Looking for an App/ Software

Hi. My hubby's company has branches in other countries. He asked for my help to find an app that could help them with the utility cost. He said they often encounter billing mistakes and it's hard for them to identify the mistakes. Any suggestions?

I like cheap, boxed wine. I then remove the bag of wine from the box and suckle it like an utter.
