According to both Zoe and Sigourney in separate interviews, they begin shooting late summer/early fall!

Considering that there will be a second Top Gun movie in 2019, 33 years after the first one, we can expect to see Avatar 2 by 2042.

oh well, since they are making us wait so long for the sequel i do expect some Amazing computer graphics (and an Amazing plot too) do not disappoint me James cameron!!! LOL
