Websites don't usually host fonts themselves -- generally, a website will give your browser a list of fonts (e.g., Georgia, then Times New Roman, then Times, then the generic "Serif" font), and your browser will use the first font in that list that it can find installed on your computer. Did Papyrus suddenly stop working on your computer, or did you visit ToS for the first time with that computer and notice missing fonts?

It's ok, I got it all fixed. Papyrus is on my laptop, but it wasn't on my desktop; I installed it there. Just a big foul-up on my part.
