Off Topic Fiction/Poetry/Art Section?
I usually post on these sections but almost never write anything about Avatar; and there's more people that do the same as I.
So why not making an Off Topic Art section?

I don't see why not if other admins agree. Will be a bit of work to move all the currently existing off topic ones there though
