Is it possible to install a jump-box on this vBulletin theme? I keep looking for one and it's not there (you'd think I'd get used to it, call me skxawng if you must...)
For those unfamiliar: a jump-box (or nav-box, or quicknav) is a drop-down menu with all the forums on it so that one can easily navigate from one forum to another without going back to the forum index. |

Actually, this is enabled by default, but I disabled it because of the resources it uses. Once we have moved to our new server, I will turn it back on, along with some other features. For now, we need to do everything we can to keep things moving quicker.

Aha. I knew there was probably a reason it was off. I've run vBulletin forums in the past, but I never realized the jump-box was resource-hungry.

It's not THAT resource hungry, but we are operating on a rather slim margin here until we move to our new server, which should be happening within hours.

I turned it back on and... it's not there. I don't know what the problem is, but I will try to figure it out

As of 10:32PM CST, the jump-box is there and working. I just used it.
Thanks! |

Well, that's bizarre. I see it now too, Maybe it was a cache issue or something, but, whatever, there it is!
