was ready to host the man that everything ate ---Haiku poem Blow, breeze of April; ululate in my ears. Keep whispering until clouds drop their tears. ---Quatrain Machines, roar! Cars, pollute! Blocks, host! Concrete, cover! Trees, die! Humans, work! That's the price of the progress! That's the price of our lives! Obey! ---Free verse I made an exchange, a real bargain: food, house and money for a subtle thing, a detail: my effort, my mind and my life. ---Free verse You want to get out? You know where the door is. "But out there it's cold" I never told you 'twas easy. ---IDK Some have been edited after revision.
