yes agreed, Wikus was forced into a situation but he still managed to redeem himself in terms of his character. He was selfish but in the end he decided to help Christopher and his kid. Not only that but I found this parallel to Blood Diamond. So here we have 3 flms which show a human being who is forced to make a decision and end up helping the other race at their own expense, except for Jake who ends up in a new body and gets the hottest girl in the universe... lucky swine
