I walk around barefoot in the house and sometimes outdoors. I plan on doing it a lot more this summer because it feels so good. And if I wear socks and shoes to long I get sores on my feet. But barefoot its no problem.

I used to go barefoot more when I was a kid but I don't anymore. However, I will probably start wearing flip flops more. It allows my feet to have some air .

I tried walking on pavement, but since I live right across the street from a bar, glass is always somewhere on the pavement. I want to jog barefoot one day! That would be awesome!! Now however, I got a snapped ankle from not stretching prior to my jog today, and I have to not excersie for a week -_-.

Good for you HNM, there is nothing like going barefoot, I agree, when walking in the park, on the beach, I go barefoot then as much as I can. Its the downside of cities though all the cement, *sigh*, It is way to hard on the 'soles' and the feet, LOL!

I did it again today when I walked back from university. It was the daytime, and I got quite a few people looking at me like 'ah... whut.', but I was just smiling - the only annoying thing was carrying my shoes since I wore them there. My feet hurt a little bit but I did walk further today and I'm sure they will start to get tougher again soon

It's so epic. I already want to go somewhere without wearing shoes out now

Yeah, I loved walking barefoot the one time I did it too, it feels great. I wish I could do it more often.

I could never so this. The arch on my feet would hurt after 30 minutes
