Without my iPhone I would go crazy I think. I hardly listen to music on it, only when on car rides do I ever listen to music from my iPhone or iPod. I like to blast music at home where it sounds better.

If I didn't have my computer I would probably go insane and sit in a corner talking to myself.
Then we are very much different

I hate having to be "connected" all the time - if you count out this very forum, I use next to no electronic communication whatsoever.
No phone, no chatting (MSN, ICQ etc). no facebook, no myspace... nothing

Ah, Eltu...glad to know I'm not alone! I do have a cell phone, since I travel all over for work, but it stays off of my person. I don't carry it anywhere.

I admit, I sometimes like getting lost in the woods where no one can reach me.

I got a facebook, but I never use it. I only use it to stay in touch with my very divided family. I also have a phone, I'm an accident prone kind of guy. If I'm peddling up a particular part of a creek, I can call 911. I had to do it twice already; I can't imagine myself without this phone in my pocket.

My mp3 player is just an mp3 player. It's not a phone or a browser or any other unnecessary rubbish (also helps that I hate Apple with a passion).
I like it that way. It means I can leave my phone at home if I want, and listen to music. If I could get the internet anywhere, I would never get anything done, at all

It's not that hard to unplug. Last year I took a trip around Europe to study architecture for a month. I didn't take my laptop, and my iPhone was turned off or on airplane mode because the charges would have be ridiculous. Going without it, when I got back I found I didn't really care for the internet anymore. I had be disconnected long enough that staying current on all the daily information streams just didn't seem to matter. Eventually I started using the computer again, but even now almost a year later, I'm nowhere near the levels of before the trip. I'm going again this year on an even longer trip, hoping for the same effect. You really don't need this stuff, it's nice to unplug.

Year ago I was online all the time (I was carrying around N810 tablet..).

Now when it's broken, I have suddenly learned to enjoy offline life a lot, I sometimes even feel like not booting up my PC

EDIT: Avatar may have something to do with this too
