that makes you feel anxious/nervous ... i'd like to know if you have a kind of ritual before an important event

, so now i'll share mine ... The day before a football/soccer match, I always have the habit of don't eating anything the day before, I usually play on saturday mornings, so on friday i only have breakfast and then nothing more except water or any drink until the game's finished ... I know maybe that's not the most suitable thing to do before a football/soccer match or any other physical activity, but i've done that for 4 ages and thanks to that i play more concentrated, and somehow i have more energy while playing
I just wanted to share this with you because next friday starts the schools tournament, so maybe i can get some advices here
