Or what to do to fix this society that slowly rots in its own waste.

I think we've got much things to do here. Specially us, who have more than the rest (trust me, many people dream with what we throw away) have to make greater efforts to change this. Because we can. And that ability, this freedom democracy brings us to act however we want; is joined to a responsibility.

The responsibility is to make the most of it.

And, as I've said in two or three previous posts; the way to do it is not to focus on ourselves: but rather on the people around us. Kant said, not to use the people as a means to our ends; but to be a means to reach these people.

Change is not impossible.

But it won't happen overnight.

The key is to keep the hope and keep pushing to make this world have a better future: it's the place where you're going to live.
