Default Recycle where?
Not everywhere even has a recycling program y'know. Not much use buying special plastic if there's no blue can to drop it in. Worse, I've heard that unscrupulous managers sometimes have the stuff in the recycling bin thrown in with the regular garbage.

Only way to be sure is to go with reuseable stuff.
