Overly glorifying thread I'd say, because even though we think we understand, that's usually only a delusion to make us feel content, or to help others through kind words and alike.

I'm not saying that this isn't a friendly community, because it is. I'm just pointing out that when it comes to humans, things tend to get so complex, there's no way of telling how things really are. It's impossible to converse in such way that people would understand one another, at least on purely text based level anyways, because text lacks all the emotion of the writer. The person reading the text must interpret the emotional value of the text on their own terms, and as we are all different, we make up different conclusions about things.

Well apparently I've sunken so deep into my depression, that I no longer see things as they are, I don't know. But I guess I'd better leave, so I wont risk hurting others who still feel the spark of life.

Heh, I completely understand where you're coming from. There's absolutely nothing wrong with how you're feeling. All in honestly, sometimes I sink so low that I barely know what to do anymore. I would get so depressed that I just want to sit around and do nothing at all but allow myself to feel it. But that never stopped me from doing what I knew I needed to do, and that was to stay here. I knew I had some sort of specific purpose or else I wouldn't be here. I have a feeling the same goes for you and everyone else in here, regardless of whether they know their purpose or not, myself included. I may have an inkling of what my life may be like, but I know that it is ultimately up to me to help myself get out of this depressive state. I find, rather often, that constantly looking into the past and into the future is rather silly and unnecessary. This incessant compulsive thinking is unhealthy for me and I realize that when I focus on the present, the Now, I feel so much better. It's similar to going outside and taking a breather. You feel more calm and centered within yourself instead of thinking too much. That's the problem with humanity, always thinking instead of taking a break and reflecting upon themselves once in a while.

All I'm saying is Aquaplant, believe it or not, there are others that understand each other. Maybe you can try going out in nature once in a while and let yourself relax. I find that helps me tremendously every time I do so. You should try it too. See how it works out for ya. If not, then you always have at least one person on Earth available to talk to you. I guess my paragraph can be summed up like this: Nobody is ever truly alone, even when they perceive themselves to be. Me being deaf, that's something I cope with and battle everyday, with the added exception of being different from the majority of humanity. That still doesn't deter me from doing what I set out to do.

I hope this helps you out a bit. Maybe it will, maybe it won't. Either way, I sincerely believe you can do it. *hugs*

I trust you guys pretty much with my life. You are like the family I never had and wish I had. I don't like my family to be honest, so you are a definite acception
I find certain things i talk about on here, people tend to listen and not call it mindless whining and ranting. I can tell u things I cannot even tell my own mother. That's how nice it is here. She doesn't understand why i choose to fight for us against the society.. and she often gets mad because she doesn't want to hear it.. yet she can talk about what she wants to. I love my mom dearly, but there's a place we all need to go where we can really feel appreciated..
so, Tree of Souls and the awesome people who reside here, Thank you.. for everything..
cute kitty cat, i agree with you 100%. the talks on here are so enjoyable as well, (jake >D) but more serious than him, you can release on your personal issues.... its a good thing, because talking it out relieves some of that stress, and we can help make you(or others) feel better. its like we have unintentional love for everyone flowing in here, which in my opinion is very groovy. the fight against society must continue, and by theses stories, i have that feeling that she is one of those people that do not "see", and it seems like the power to "see" can only circulate in between all of us here as well... this is something that we have to spread outward toward the society, and then everyone will finally understand why we have gone against them.
its this seeing which makes you feel the appreciation you do, and i really love that you feel it, and see it. *group hugs tightly* i love all of you out there.

P.S.: (win XD)

Hey Andi fanman! thank you for coming into my thread! i am happy you are here you are absolutely right because it feels AMAZING to let out your emotions and feelings about certain things. I love it! people here listen like they should.. and there has been LOTS of personal issues on here that have been talked alot about. unfortunately my own mother doesn't see 100% even tho she does kinda see in a sense she's not completely naive.. she knows the poeple in this town i live in suck and are rude lol. but like u said, she does not see when it comes to society... you guys do, and continue to fight with me.. a REALLY good example and proof that society gets to people.. ok lastnight i was watching a new episode of intervention (help people off drugs) and this girl addicted to everything actually worked for Paul Mitchell and got a nice sum of money annually. but, she started feeling bad about herself because she was surrounded by all these beautiful people.. yet.. they were just as beautiful as she was, YET... she still went and got a boob job, liposuction and a tummy tuck.. after i see her posing in bikinis alot.. i stormed upstairs i was so mad.. HOW CAN MY OWN MOTHER NOT SEE WHAT SOCIETY IS DOING TO PEOPLE?

hahahahahaha!! THAT EMOTICON WILL NEVER GET OLD!

Yeah, I feel the same way as you do allycat, except that I gradually accepted the fact that most people will simply not 'get it' until they experience it or see things a bit similarly. I don't get as mad as I used to be, and realized that it's impossible to create a massive world wide change if the rest of the population isn't willingly accepting or nonjudgmental. This is largely due to extreme amounts of denial in their consciousness as well as unawareness of who they truly are in the depths of their soul. I would say that in their case, the saying "Ignorance is bliss" is apparent, yet to us it is obvious. We can see past the facade they portray and are oblivious to what lies right in front of them. Your mother is probably one of those people who either aware of what's happening and tries to deny as much as possible or is heavily distracted and conditioned by what society imposes on her. Of course, I'm not trying to judge but rather give an estimate on her behavior and guess what she's like. The reason why I said this was because I've seen so many people like that in my life time and it's amazingly shocking to me how these people cannot see it when it's so simple. I suppose this is one of the extreme cases of ignorance and the amount of conditioning is astonishing. Your representation of the television show 'Intervention' (saw that show by the way, loved it! ) is a great example of what's going on in modern society and its insanity. Whatever the case may be, I wish all these unfortunate souls a wake up call so they can see the reality behind their actions and their way of thinking.
