I would like more time in the Na'vi daily live. See Jake's responsibilities and how he handles them if he becomes tribe leader. How the Na'vi rebuild their lives. Maybe a mention of Ninat somewhere in the movie.

I agree, more depth into the Na'vi culture and language.

You forget, only one driver per avatar. They're linked. Grace's avatar and her human body were likely buried reverently near the Tree of Souls. Giving her energy back to Pandora.

I'd like to see better character development. I'm just itching to see Jake being olo'eyktan. Wonder if they'll have children...whoa..going to go post my idea on that.

I agree with all of Arthurs points, the seed of the sacred tree going to earth would indeed be a powerful and emotive scene?

Do

More clan interaction
Much more jungle life exposure (botany and animal - kingdom phylum class order type stuff)
How did the humans find Pandora
United front of Human Navi fighting against a new threat (other species attempting to dominate/own/take over Pandora)
In fact, JC could easily group future AV movies into genre, say :
1. pandoran natural life,
2.Navi history, inter-clan sociocultural phases through the seasons,
2a. Merge of Jake's human knowledge into the Navi psyche
3. More info on Neytri's family history, what exactly happened
4. Bit too late, but I really wish the Toruk Makto 'Taming' scean had been included/extended as I bet that wasn't easy for Jake??
5. THE HUMANS LEARN FROM THE NAVI AND SAVE EARTH FROM THE BRINK

Don't

It's been said, but no 'George Bush' style Nuke-em revenge rubbish from earth's military.
No 'Son of Quaritch (sp? sorry)

Exactly...
Quaritch is dead, I hope he stays that way. Any kind of 'family member' would be far to obvious/cheesy too.

As for Neytiri, there is more in the script, but yeah... I'd like more too
