Saving Private Ryan.
I recently picked this up on Blu-ray the other week. When I had watched it the day I got it, it had been probably a decade since I saw it last. Being renewed and old enough to completely absorb what the movie had to offer, I couldn't believe how magnificent of a film it was. It truly is one of the best war movies ever made.
P.S. - The enormous cast of actors/cameos was amazing lol

Great film! I've yet to buy the bluray but even on regular DVD it is spectacular.
War films are my favourite, besides Avatar. I have to say, if you like this, watch the series Band of Brothers, it is also incredible.

Yeah! I love Private Ryan and "Band of Brothers" infact, WWII is one of my interests.
I realy wish I have HBO so I could Watch the Pacific  .

I own Band of Brothers on blu-ray as well
 .BoB is better than SPR but it doesn't count as an actual movie

Band of Brothers and Saving Private Ryan are both incredible war movies, as was We Were Soldiers

^We Were Soldiers is about as much my favorite as SPR. Both excellent; I just watched SPR a few weeks ago. BoB, also among my top 5.

Ah yes, an excelent movie indeed! When I get my blu-ray player I will definitely be buying BoB and SPR! Love both of them they were very well done!

Yea We Were Soldiers is also an exceptional war movie. Probably the most emotional out of them all

Ah, how could I forget We Were Soldiers. Mel Gibson's first speech to he troops is incredible.
"I will be the first to step on the field, and I will be the last to leave it. No man will be left behind, dead or alive. We are all going home together." Something like that... Epic

The thing that Saving Private Ryan and We Were Soldiers have in common is that Barry Pepper is in both. He's such an awesome actor lol

Saving Private Ryan
I really liked Saving Private Ryan. I'm really in to WWII movies in general. I go through spurts where all I want to watch are WWII movies and documentaries.
