Also work too... people are so unappreciative of the work I do get done, but if i mess up on one thing I get it

I get this all the time. When coming back from lunch during school I just cruise at around 30-35 mph when the speed limit is maybe 45. They curse, honk, drive crazy trying to get around me. I mean, we are all going to the same place, there is more than one way to get there, and people can't slow down and take in the day.
I try harder to keep my anger under control. Very rarely do I yell at someone about anything. Because usually the thing that we are angry over isn't worth the pain, and hurt feelings to yell and loose control over.
