"My Posts" Or "Replies To Threads I've Posted In."

The LearnNavi forums have (had?) a feature where there was a link on the nav bar that you could click and get a list of all the treads you had posted in and when they had last been posted to by someone else. It was great to keep track of conversations without having to add a subscription for each one.

I'm not sure if there's a plugin to make that easy, though.
