Default Why No Word For "Decide"?

I was wondering why there isn't a word for "decide" in Na'vi. According to the script, Moat says "It is decided", in Na'vi, to Neytiri when she tells Neytiri that she will be "teaching" Jake and Neytiri starts to argue. It sounds really cool when she says it and I wanted to learn how to say it properly. But according to navilator.com and learnnavi.org, there is no word for "decide".

Why is that?

Just in case you're wondering, the scene is at about 46:51 in the movie.
