Lol but kidding aside, I really believe that's what he truly desired out of Avatar: To bring you guys out of your mind and waking up to reality and what's currently going on to our society and on Earth... Exactly. That is what makes Avatar so special. Granted, some people already knew before Avatar that there is something terribly wrong with society and how we are treating each other and the earth but for others, it took a movie like Avatar to wake them up. The problem of course is, now that we are all awakened...what do we do now?

Well, for starters, what we are doing on TOS by encouraging one another and connecting, albeit in an electronic form helps. It is playing out one of the main themes of Avatar which is connection. It is something that so many people lack now. I believe this is also why there is more loneliness and depression. To many people's hearts have grown cold. They are self-absorbed in making money and acquiring stuff that they don't stop to connect with others. We are by nature social beings. Humans crave connection. We need each other. That is why it is a wonderful and good thing that TOS exists. It helps to bring more love into the world and in the process..I hope...makes the evil less.
