Default Post Music That You're ASHAMED You Listen To.

That's right. We all have music that we like, but are ashamed to admit it. Some people like Lil Wayne, others like Kesha, but very few are able to admit it.

This thread is for those of you who like stuff you know you should hate.

I'll start.

I GENUINELY don't have much. I like a few things some of my friends don't, but I don't try and hide that fact. That said, I do occasionally listen to some electronic type music which sounds like an actual song and not just repetitive noise (when people link me to it, I don't go looking for it...), which I would be ashamed to admit to my IRL friends

Ludacris -How Low

This fits under the category of what i consider ****ty hip hop: beat is typical (use of synth and clap) and lyrics are pointless (about how low girls can shake their asses) but the beat is catchy and Ludacris has always been a great rapper, his flow is awsome so yeah....

Dev, what's to be ashamed about that song? =P It's pretty kickass, except for the growling.

I've always really liked trance, happy-hardcore, etc.

Ooh, this too: YouTube - No Left Turn & CrackerJack - Listen Up

I will listen to some country and listen sometimes to the local radio station that plays pop. I justify it because the dj's are fawking hilarious! But I don't listen very often

Although its really not my thing, I have to admit that some of Lady Gaga's music is quite...catchy. Although I don't look to highly on her "wierd" style... I can't help sometimes when one of her songs gets stuck in my head (Poker Face in particular)

Tik Tok -Kesha...
I usually don't like that kind of music at all, for some reason though, I like that one song

Mariah Carey. Her voice is so soft and comforting. One of my favorite chill-out artists. Sometimes I listen to her to lull me to sleep.

Especially: YouTube - Mariah Carey - We Belong Together

First time I heard it was on a United flight one night. Next thing I knew, we were on the ground at O'Hare.

Dance Metal.

Yeah, you heard.

I don't quite know what to do when I listen to this. I hate the way it's actually well put together. I hate the way it gets stuck in my head and won't go away. I also hate that it's preposterously sh*t, but I still enjoy it.

It takes alot to make me ashamed... but music i perhaps SHOULD be ashamed of? Spice girls, early 90s music... saturday night, Euro-ish nostalgic music really just gets me going. Much dance and Now CDs make me super happy! lol
