don't know too many 60's song, most of which are jimi hendrix, but anyway these aren't soul, rather blues but what the hell. its 60s anyway
 this is my favourite Hendrix song, and this is my favourite version of this one Jimi has done many versions of this song, I have one which is 13 minutes long and I can't find it on youtube but it's great

Hey those are great, I like Booker T and MGs, though I don't have any albums lol.
And yeeah machine gun is awesome isn't it, who knows is also my favourite from fillmore. and the MOST AMAZING version of Stone Free you will ever hear, first part is just amazing and the second part is how it sounds when Jimi is really feeling free, listen to the end - you'll be rewarded  Also one of the dopest jams ever woo

Thanks, those are both awesome recordings, I definitely did not know of Hendrix and Jones playing together! I think now I need to go seek out some of the actual performances in the second video (like the one where he's playing the strings with the mic stand, I love that kind of stuff).
