I think I like it here. But what takes away the smile are topics that are exactly the same as in A-F (I mean, exactly).
At least change the topics names at least when you make them, because it feels like the only difference when you open the forum is the style (topics names, user names, and more the same as in A-F).
Make it original and unique, keep it real.

I think part of the reason some of the topics were carried over is because people were having fun with them over at A-F and saw no reason to make new topic titles. It's not as if A-F has a monopoly on "Awesome Neytiri pictures" or something.

Some of the threads had titles that couldn't really be replicated.... For example, 'Neytiri is devastatingly beautiful'
Also, the majority of people who made these threads were the original makers on A-F

Most of the replicated threads are spam/game threads and those will be the same on any forum you go to lol

I have to agree. Well mostly. For the most part the duplicated threads are ones that I don't have much need to post in. OK waffles are close to my heart.

Yes you can. You can at least change the titles because it seems to me like it would just be avatar-forums all over again but with a new start.. but copying and making it exactly the same won't do any good. Especially for partnership.

For me I like it when you make something new and different.. not too different, but not exactly the same either.

In the end A-F will be the forum with the died out same threads and this forum the recycled one.. but what partnership is that.

And tell me I'm wrong, it's you guys who make the choices, you're the active posters and true thing that make anything here or there work (or ruin).

This isn't a carbon copy of A-F. So what if some of the threads are the same, it is what is contained in the threads that counts. As for the partnership, I shall reiterate, the majority of people who made these threads were the original makers on A-F, so there will be no irritation or annoyance.
If you think the threads are the same, then you should make some up that aren't the same. People need a nudge in the right direction sometimes.

Yes, people copied the idea of some of the threads, because to us, those threads are examples of how AF used to be, with the feeling it has now lost. Take a look around and equally, you will see many new threads
