because i am feeling gracious...and bored. I will teach you how to do it the way most do.

Programs needed:Adobe Image Ready

1)Open up your file which i presume is a readable movie file that adobe can read (if not, let me know)

2) If you want all the 10 seconds to be a gif, then when the dialogue box opens just click okay

3) OR if you want to select a certain time frame click that option then select with your mouse from where you want it to begin and drag your mouse to when you want it to end while holding the shift key ( so drag from 0:02-0:08 for example) then click okay.

4) Your file is now fully open: http://imagesheep.com/t1983/tsutey1.jpg

5) You want to select all the frames first so: http://imagesheep.com/t1983/tsutey2.jpg

6) Now you want to make sure there is no delay time between the individual photos so click on the arrow of whats circled in this image then click 'no delay' (double check to make sure they are all still selected): http://imagesheep.com/t1983/tsutey3.jpg

7) Now you can press the play option and edit whatever else you like. For example if there are some frames you do not want or you just want to shave off some at the end you can simply right click the individual frames and select the deleted option (make sure you have unselected all at this point)

8) Now you want to save your gif and since these are naturally huge files you want to compress it as much as possible. So instead of going the old route of choosing save as, we are going to pick 'Save Optimized As' which will make the file smaller and MUCH easier to load via image host and on websites, etc: http://imagesheep.com/t1983/tsutey4.jpg

9) Now you must choose a hosting website. Image hosting, free photo sharing & video sharing at Photobucket and Image Sheep - The Fashion Image Central are my personal favorites.

I guess this guide sounds complicated but I feel like you would benefit from learning how to make your own gifs without the use of using the internet.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
