Wow... that's pretty good with the alteration, there! Only place that could use some work is the obviousness of where Jake's head used to be. Other than that, marvelous job.

Still creepy, but now it matches. Tried to fix the barrier line where the face meets the head. Honestly, I could've stuck that face on there much more efficiently in the first place, but I digress.

My guess is that a white brush, Liquify and blending modes would do the trick

Filter > Distort > Wave.
Of course, small touchups are usually necessary.
