Okay what is it with people having the Windows taskbar at the top of the screen? I'm weirded out.

I work on a laptop and it's easier for me to look up to the taskbar than looking down. Less effort for me, and I got it from a friend of mine too... who uses the taskbar in the left, so I decided to put it up.
