actually, in the case of the AF members, ignoring them does work. once they've said what they want to, they tend to not come back unless some one replies to them. HOWEVER no matter how nicely or politely the person replies to them, the arrogance is too much and they interpret it as a threat so they respond with insults, lectures etc.. It's good to have your input on this.
