This is an interesting discussion. I am definitely not a "girly" girl (alright, so my toes are sparkly but it's my birthday this weekend and I honestly don't remember when they were last anything other than plain, natural toes

). I prefer to see traits and attributes in a more yin versus yang sort of perspective. In that sense, everyone will have aspects of both the yin and the yang, like the examples HNM gave, things like sensitivity, use of logic, thought patterns, etc., but it doesn't make anyone more or less male or female, I think, to lean toward either end of that spectrum.
There are very real biological processes that create "male" and "female", completely separate from our states of mind, and they have an impact on our whole body. So, the fact that I can dress as quickly (if not quicker) than my husband in the morning and can carry heavy things doesn't make me any less female, I think.

Those are just the surface traits that come from personality and individual choices.
