Well, the point made in the script is how she's 18 in human years... Maybe she's like any one of our animals, in that they mature much faster in our years than we do. Perhaps the Na'vi reach full maturity at a certain age much lower than us.

The taller one is Sylwanin, Neytiri's older sister.
Having the same (or similar) clothes would make sense, as does how they look similar.

...No, because every piece of clothing is exactly the same; I looked closely. Same feather necklace, same loincloth, same bracelet and bead armband on left arm, same hair beads, same armband on right arm... even the same green-stoned choker. The stripes are the same and the bioluminescent spots are the same (from other picture). It's definately her.

Well then someone ****ed up, because she looks the same as in the movie, which is 18, and apparently the school closed like ten years prior to events in the movie.

How do we know it was 10 years? Maybe it was 2 years, or 3.

And you know... we're using the older screenplay when we say she's 18. Cameron might've upped her age a bit in the animation process. She might be 25 for all we know.
