It totally was!

And yea, the hissing, I'll hiss at the cars I'm working on at college if they burn me, cut me, or hurt me in some way. And the worst is I think everyone in my class is used to is and also talking in Na'vi although I'm still learning

HNM: I wondered if I could pull off that sound that Neytiri makes, and just a few minutes ago, I discovered that I could! No ikran appeared; instead, the smaller of my two dogs came SPRINTING from the bedroom to the living room, leapt onto the couch and into my lap, licking my face. She can't fly, but she DOES bring me her own leash in her teeth when it's time to go for a walk. Close enough?

As far as what I SHOULDN'T have done after seeing Avatar? This isn't quite the same thing, but I spend WAAAAAY too much time on Skype with my second family...but I ADORE them anyway.

Oh Eywa, this thread is hilarious

Like most of you guys, I've taken to hissing, though it's mostly directed at my cats and inanimate objects that frustrate me . I have also started yelling at my sister (and the cats) in Na'vi whenever we get into an argument. I'm still learning, so I don't know much... Also, I developed the habit of practicing my Na'vi pronunciation when I'm bored. Not a good idea to practice ejectives when you are in school... people give you some strange looks

Well I used to do Parkour before seeing AVATAR I still do. I supose that thats mostly because of the ancient Greek passage that our parents have been teaching us since we were children

"Νούς υγιείς εν σώματι υγιεί" ( healthy mind for a healthy body ) not a good translation I guess

hmm...lemme think

1. I do Parkour
2. I barked at a dog and scared it away...yes, in public
3. It was that day that it was raining ind instead of going inside me and my friends kept playing until the match was officially over. We were soaked

many many more crazy stuff...mostly physically related I'me bored to write right now

I haven't done anything like some of you guys! I am guilty of hissing at times when I'm angry lol.
Actually, the other night, I went out running in the dark listening to the Avatar soundtrack and instead of following the usual route I take, I crossed onto the golf course in our neighborhood and just started full out sprinting. It was perfect timing, because the music was when Jake is running for the first time in the beginning.
Lol, that sounds sort of cheesy but it was really fun! Just one of those "on a whim" moments.

Oh Dreamwalker that sounds awesome! Not cheesy at all... I know how you feel. You'll just be jogging and then you just want to run and the next thing you know you're full out sprinting. It feels awesome, even if I can only keep it up for a few seconds . But to run at night and to the soundtrack sounds like it would be exhilarating. Now all you need are some bioluminescent plants and you're set

I'm not into anything right now, but I plan on doing Free running and this Parkour in the distant future. I have to build muscle and flexibily. I see it like a requirement before beginning.

Man.. doing those things will set you 'free'. Oh yes..

-I'm no good social learner (language) but I plan on learning full-blown na'vi soon. I want to do it now, except I got 3 exams coming up on Monday. You know how it is.

I'm in the same boat you guys are, Apollo

I'd love to get into free running in the future, but I need to get in shape first. I have no time right now as I am in some pretty hard classes and almost all of my free time is devoted to homework and studying, so I'm going to wait until the summer when I can join a gym.

I'm lucky enough to have a knack for languages -- I'm studying three right now, including Na'vi (will be four next year ). The Na'vi is coming pretty easily to me, even with all the crazy prefixes, suffices, and infixes, though I don't have much time to study. Of course, my ultimate goal is to be able to speak it fluently and to find someone to speak it with .

Another thing I like to do is run, when listening to the soundtrack. I live up a hill, and when it's quiet, I love to put Jake's First Flight on my mp3 player and run down it with my eyes closed, imagining the part where Jake and Neytiri are flying down the cliff
