Was just checking the status over at the official typepad blog and check out this shot! It was posted June 17 don't know how I missed it. Apparently it's from extra scenes that were taken out.
(the first thing I noticed was the position the body is in...stop with the symbolism Cameron!)



That's definitely Jake not his brother. His wheelchair is to the left. So this must be from that alley fight scene that was cut out.
This brings up so many issues with me...going to take it to the JC topic....

Meh, I hope the few extra minutes of footage isn't taken up by the bar fight scene. I'd rather have more of Pandora

From what I've read in the script, the bar scene at the beginning would build up a lot of Jake's background and where he comes from.
