Yes you can, you can even catch a cold when it's hot weather. There are a few factors in it - the water on you (and more importantly in your clothes) will suck temperature from your body in order to vapour out. The more clothes are wet, the bigger cooldown effect it will have. Also wind makes the liquid water vapour into air more rapidly, so the cooldown gets even bigger. Even when it's really hot outside, the body is balancing out the temperature and adjusting to the surroundings. A quick cooldown of your body can make you catch a cold almost regardless of the outside temperature, the thing is body doesn't have enough time to react and aclimate. This is of course easier when it's cold outside since you're already feeling cold and the body is not catching up, and harder when it's really really hot for the same reason. Just saying you definitely CAN get cold even in a hot summer, for example just by temperature difference in your car (25°C) and outside (40°C).
Anyway I also enjoy doing this, but I got a cold before because of the above stated reasons.
