Default Our Avatar Communities' Film Project Update.

Kaltxi ma Tsmuke and ma tsmukan. You friendly forum film maker here with another update on our film project...

It's a numbers game:
Our film project continues to progress with footage still being filmed in the background. At the moment there are 18 of us from 7 different counties working together to make this film about the need to look after our home planet. The countries represented are America, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Czech Republic, Germany and Britain. There are a total of 117 shots in the film (still a few available for anyone who wants to get involved:nwink, which is split into three sections: These cover the damage we are doing to our home planet, what we are doing in our own way to minimise our impact (which everyone can do), and a 'call to arms' for everyone to do the same.

What no tsmuke!
Well, actually we do and I am very grateful to CyanRachel who has the honour of being our only sister on the project, despite putting a lot of effort into trying to encourage more to join our film project. As she stated in her message (http://www.tree-of-souls.com/general...ll_tsmuke.htmlthere is nothing complicated or tricky to do - I get that job with editing it all together :nlol: So if there is anyone out there, please do get in touch.

So would you like to see the latest rushes?
Well this week I have been working on the beginning and the end credits. They are not finished and need a bit of tightening up, but it will give you an idea of the progress being made. The intention is to get the film completed before Avatar comes out in the cinemas again at the end of August. Everyone who takes part will get a DVD copy of the film to keep, which will also include an interactive feature by Unil Makto. The DVD cover and disc design have also been worked on with many irayos to Jake's Mango and AnlungTR respectively. Anyway, here are the links to the two rushes. Enjoy and if you would like to see yourself on the credits, then feel free to get in touch with me to get involved.

Thanks, my friend. Hope your filming went well. I'm looking at 15th August as the date when we all need to get our footage in by in order for me to get the editing done in time. I've booked the two weeks off work before Avatar's re-release to focus on getting it done. Look forward to adding your footage our film's time line.

Kiyevame,

Alan
