Furries.

This is what most think when 'Furry' pops up in their head. And it's getting annoying.

I'm so confused with how you are portraying your views advent.
Saying if a group is created over sexual preferences makes it a bad thing is just stupid and ignorant.
Oh my god! Lesbians and gays are bad! (Sarcasm,) (There are massive groups for these on the internet, I'm a member of some of them, as a fanfic writer.)
Oh My God! Furries are bad! Hey advent, I could easily say this site is just a neytiri loving ground, and that this community was made to simply ogle neytiri, it's the same thing. We Like movies etc that portray animals, and anthro characters, you like avatar which portrays aliens....

As a note, It is possible to fall in love with a drawn character, I watched a documentary on it (so you can't just say Furries lust after anthros, some actually do love them, and others just like the community itself, and don't even think of animals or anthros in a sexual way.

I don't care what other do in their free time, I don't care about their sexual orientation, and I don't care about who or what they think they are. All people create a mental image for themselves to some degree, and other people have different looking ones. TL;DR: It's fine that other people are into this sort of thing, but they do a very poor job of representing it. Keep the art in closed galleries that people can access if they want, and label the images as adult/mature.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but Deviant art has a handy dandy filter that blocks the thumbnails on adult images unless you turn it off.

Not really, its usually people who've had bad experiences with self righteous furries who insist on mentioning that they're furries in every, single, thread.


Fortunately, most furries here are quite nice and don't feel the need to shout it out to the world in every thread.

You do know that not all Furries are artists? I find your post offensive and rude. All art is beautiful no matter what style you are doing. Most Furry art I see aren't "adult/mature" art. I highly doubt things like kissing or hugging isn't considered adult/mature content. Idk what you are searching but most furry art I come across aren't adult/mature content.
